Hi I'm Diane - a UX designer based in Boston. I work at the intersection of design and product strategy, untangling complex problems into intuitive and meaningful solutions.
My career began in architecture, where I spent eight years designing complex institutional buildings as a licensed architect. I loved creating systems that were elegant - not only in how they looked, but in how they worked behind the scenes. Working on large, high-stakes projects taught me how to think holistically and coordinate many disciplines toward a shared vision, while keeping projects on time and on budget.
What I bring to my work is my passion for taking ambiguous problems and giving them structure. Whether that means facilitating discussions, protecting a product vision, building consensus across a team, or narrowing a broad opportunity into an achievable MVP, I enjoy helping teams find clarity and move forward with confidence.
